The architecture and decor are top notch.
Comfortable, beautiful and very cozy room,
quiet, with a large safe and good Wi-Fi.
The shower door closes and makes it impossible to wet the bathroom floor.
The shelf where the coffee and tea kit is, and the minibar, is very beautiful, with a complete kit, with good options.
At the reception, a bar with high quality music, at a volume and time suitable for a hotel.
Basic gym OK.
Attentive and efficient staff.
Excellent lodging option in Minneapolis.
If I could give a score greater than 10, I would.

AustraliaI absolutely loved the whole experience! From the moment I stepped out of my Uber with my bags, I was greeted by Jerome who helped me with my bags and showed me around. Then, at check in, I was offered a complimentary root beer which was delicious! When I got to my room I opened a hand written note welcoming me to the hotel and Minneapolis. I even opened the fridge to find a plate of gorgeous fruit!
I love that you have mild with the tea/ coffee machine as so many other places I have stayed don't have this. Then every day my room was made up I found two chocolates on my bed!
The staff couldn't have been friendlier and I felt my whole experience I was constantly surprised and delighted!
What an absolutely fantastic experience! I will be staying with The Marriott across the Globe going forwards!

I knew it was going be cold - I had anticipated -2 degrees...
I knew it was going be cold - I had anticipated -2 degrees celsius. I wasn't expecting -17 degrees celsius and a lot of snow. The city council did an incredible job keeping the roads and pavements safe but obviously it did make exploring a little harder than anticipated. However - We visited the famous Mall of America and a NFL game at US Bank stadium, also wandered down to the Stone Arch bridge over the frozen (!) Mississippi. It was a weekend so all the bars downtown were very busy but we managed to get seats and tables with patience and service was always excellent

I just picked a random cheaper hotel for a night. This one for the price is great it feels like a much more expensive hotel. Everything was clean and the staff were lovely. It is close to the fresh thyme store which is great. Definitely do recommend!

We went to see a ballgame at Target Field.
We went to see a ballgame at Target Field. Beautiful stadium and got to watch our Padres take the win, sorry Twins fans. ;p I wish the stadium would have sold any opposing team merch, I feel like they were missing out on a whole stream of revenue as we were prepared to buy.
We ate at Mad Chicken as it was a new place for us.. the food was SO GOOD, it put other more popular chicken restaurant chains to shame.
We would like to come back to Minneapolis as we found the city to be clean and felt safe when we were out walking about. The building murals are really cool too.

Roads are complete crap! Down town is very rough. Freeway is garbage. Huge bumps that launch you in the air over and over. Never experienced roads so horrible. Entire city is a dump! Why i ever went here idk? Junkies bent over standing in the middle of the road. Laod out across the sidewalks. Got a ticket for parking in a no parking 11pm to 3am at 8pm. ???

Beautiful city which is under rated and prefers not to hype itself. Amazing eateries such as Spoon and Stable, The Breakfast Club, Union Center Restaurant, Surly Brewing Company with their special brews and food to name a few! There are fantastic coffee shops and bakeries like Black Walnut Bakery. Lovely parks and lakes to take a stroll and the people are so friendly. Great place to shop! City is much more cleaner than other American cities. Definitely worth a visit! Minneapolis has it all!

I used to live in Minneapolis and I love the city. It is really clean for a city believe it or not. There are many things to do from great restaurants to events at the U.S. Bank Stadium to theater to concerts in smaller venues. If you are bored in Minneapolis then you just don't want to do anything.

I recently stayed at the Aloft hotel in Minneapolis and was impressed by the number of great amenities for both kids and adults. While the price is a bit high compared to Chicago, the hotel is conveniently located just a 15 minute walk from the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Aloft hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Minneapolis.

Loved the hotel itself and the location. The neighborhood is absolutely stunning and close to major spots in downtown. The hotel has so much character with being a historic site - I actually loved that we got a room key instead of a card. The room was spacious, clean and very cozy. It was also quiet, which was great on a relaxing getaway.

The furnishings are rather old but still in good condition. The breakfast is okay. The hotel is centrally located and many things are within walking distance. Wonderful if you want to visit a Vikings game. There is also a small store on the first floor where you can buy the essentials.
