The receptionist when we checked in was very helpful, not only advising us of places where we could go for breakfast, but also steering us to a wonderful walk at the estuary in the morning that we could complete before we had to leave. The location on the waterfront was excellent.

Morro Bay is out of a story book. For us traveling from Dubai, the stay at HarborWalk was such a welcome break. Cherise and her team are very helpful and hospitable. Wish we could have stayed a few days more !

    Morro Bay is a charming beachside town.

    Morro Bay is a charming beachside town. It has really good seafood restaurants, a lot of ambience. It may be a little too touristy for some, but it's a great walking town. And, I've never seen so many people with their dogs on vacation walking around. Made me wish we had brought our puppies with us. A lot of different ways to enjoy the estuary, from kayaking, to tiki boats, to fishing, hiking and surfing. This little town has it all. And it's close to San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles wineries, and the most beautiful coastline in the world.

    This little town is fantastic to visit (would love to be able to live there) and unwind. merchants are very friendly and helpful. Eateries are very good also. All in all, great place to "unwind".

    We stopped in Morro Bay for a night on our way home to San...

    We stopped in Morro Bay for a night on our way home to San Francisco from Venice Beach (great halfway point) and enjoyed our waterfront hotel. The town is very small so very walkable. The waterfront has a bit of a touristy feel with lots of souvenir shops and restaurants. The "downtown" is a couple of blocks of thrift and antique stores, coffee shops, etc. We were there on a Saturday and enjoyed the weekly farmers market.

    We visit and stay in Morro Bay because of the “kick-back and relax” feeling. The people are friendly and parking is never an issue. The views are beautiful and my husband loves that it is overcast for a part of most days.

    Morro Bay offers an array of activities including boat rentals, birdwatching, short hikes, a variety of restaurants, and fun gift shops. Other destinations are just a short drive and easy to get there. Morro Bay is dog friendly!

    Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seal Refuge is only a 20 minute drive from downtown Morro Bay and definitely a must see. Downtown Morro Bay has lots of wonderful shops and restaurants. Our favorite shops are; The Garden Gallery and the Shell shop. Great restaurants are; Dorn's Breakers Cafe, Frankie & Lola's Front Street Cafe, Tognazzini's Dockside Too and Kicker's.

    We've gone to Morro Bay my whole life and parents retired there. We love it here and The Sea Air Inn is perfectly located, close to Dorn's and the water front, the sea otters, the boats, great sunsets! It's so clean, good parking, and easy to walk anywhere.

    The manager was very pleasant. Took pride in the hotel, we could see him helping with wiping down the hand rails. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice, good accessories, large TV, table to have something to eat on, a chair to relax in. View of the sea.
