Staff accomodated my special request with a late arrival (my plane was delayed and I made it to the front desk around 3AM). Everybody I met at the front desk (especially two gentlemen and one lady at check-out) was friendly and professional.
The high-floor room had a nice view on the adjacent street, great noise isolation. Though not huge in size, the room was perfectly fine for a short stay, the bed was very comfortable, the attached bathroom was chic and worked perfectly. Coffee pods were provided and replaced free of charge. The wide-screen TV was also very nice.
Breakfast and brunch are offered at the on-site restaurant in the lobby - I haven't tried it, but it looked very inviting.
Convenience stores, eateries, several subway stations and all amenities within walking distance.
All in all a perfect little spot for exploring NYC and relaxing after a day of sightseeing, I would recommend it to other travelers and would return the next time!

New York City impressed me on this trip.
New York City impressed me on this trip. Ground Zero felt powerful and emotional. A place filled with history, resilience, deep remembrance. The Brooklyn Bridge offered incredible views. A strong sense of old New York in every step. Times Square felt vibrant, electric, unforgettable. The city appeared much cleaner than I remember from my younger days.
Coney Island delivered classic New York charm. Central Park felt calm, beautiful, timeless. The Pig Whistle Irish Bar on 37th Street & 6th Ave provided a warm atmosphere. A memorable stop filled with great character.
The Statue of Liberty stood iconic as always. The Empire State Building felt equally impressive.
Overall, New York City felt familiar, renewed, full of life, rich in history, unforgettable in every way. I will see her again very soon

The most amazing experience.
The most amazing experience. We visited in early December when Christmas is racking up and it was BUSY! You need your wits about you at all times as everything moves at a fast pace. So much to see so plan your itinerary in advance to get the best out of the city. Use the subway - it's cheap and efficient.

being an indian i went to annapoorna on the 9th ave. which was good and very decent...tasty food good service by the staff... worth the money...i went to saravana bhavan where it was very good and tasty food but bit spicy... staff too very good,,,, over all people are good in new york area but very expensive and everywhere and every building there are boards rent, lease, sale looks some what USA is becoming economically weak... i pray god they come back and stay americans are always americans

Touring the city with my nieces first visit to the Great City of NY was everything she dreamed of and more. From Cental Patk to Stone street, Radio city to Broadway, from the Vessel to the hi line truly magical. Met wonderful helpful people along the way.

Love coming down to NYC for a few days.
Love coming down to NYC for a few days. Always something to do. We go to Madison Square Garden to watch NY Knicks basketball. We walk all around the area from 52nd Street to 32nd street and 5th Ave to 10th Ave. Lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. And wonderful sites to see. Be careful of the bicycle buggy rides as they maybe a little fun, but way more costly than you are led to believe.

Need to plan what you are going to do if you are staying only two nights. Enjoyed seeing teh Christmas show and a musical. FAvorire spots in teh area of teh Hotel: Rockefellar Center, St. PAtricks, Times Square, 5th Avenue , walking to the MET of Art, going to the theater....plan your trip. Walking and getting your steps in are the best way to see the city!

Location is perfect for everything NYC & Manhattan had to offer. Most major attractions are within easy walking distance. The Subway network is great for anything further afield & with contactless payment meant no time trying to work out what ticket you needed for what at a machine, you just paid once on entry for each journey.
Local restaurants & diners away from the Times Square are generally cheaper and more 'authentic'

I have stayed in many hotels on Manhattan but this one far the best.Great value for the money:family of four-room is big and clean,breakfast included in the price,close to Times Square,clean bathroom with everything you need(body lotion,shampoo,conditioner,...)You have to wait a little bit to come down from 23rd floor with elevator but I don't see a big deal about it. Great view from the room. We stayed in 2305 room.

The location was magnificent in the heart of Manhattan, just a short stroll from Times Square. Loved it. There's nowhere in central New York that could really be described as 'good value' - but this was less expensive than most and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to NYC.

I liked the location, on the Upper East Side. Not in the heart of Manhattan, but well served by public transport and within an hour's walk (a very pleasant walk through Central Park or along New York's main avenues) of Times Square.
