Cute and quaint walkable stretch of excellent shops ranging from high quality artisans and unique local items to the expected touristy kitsch, toys for children, and typical beach-resort apparel and supplies. Plentiful excellent dining options, and a few spots have live music, even off-season. The beach is a very spacious and clean and peaceful choice among the many nearby options up and down this area between Kittery and Portland. Overall, Ogunquit is, as yet, a bit less impacted by the "uglification" of strip malls and condominium developments in comparison to some of the neighboring towns both to the north and south, and we would return here specifically rather than anywhere else nearby.

We stayed in Oqunquit, as it was half way to our ultimate destination. It was a beautiful town, had numerous restaurants of all types, lovely art everywhere with a diverse population and robust nightlife. We were impressed and will definitely make another trip to experience all Ogunquit has to offer.

We loved the location the coffee machine was great shower was great. We felt very safe and comfortable using the hot tub and pool. The yard was very nice with lots of tables and chairs. The employees were very nice and pleasant. The man at the front desk was extremely helpful even making our room available much sooner than we thought it would be. I loved the fact we had the room for 3 days without being bothered with house keeping,we like our space when traveling. The decorations for Halloween were outstanding; lots of people passing by had to take pictures because they were so great.The easy access to the marginal way was such a joy.

If you enjoy theater take in a play at Ogunquit Playhouse.
If you enjoy theater take in a play at Ogunquit Playhouse. Never disappoints. If live music pleases you go to The Front Porch piano bar. Always a fun night. And when you are just browsing be sure to visit The Abacus. The most wonderful items and gifts. A little bit of everything.

Comfortable and quaint Maine sea-side town. Lots of good restaurants, friendly people, beautiful scenery (beaches and cliffs), and easy driving to other sites (state parks, Kennebunkport). Downtown is easily walkable but trollies are also available for transportation.

The outside of the building is Art Deco in style and very pretty. Nice lounge sitting area for everyone to enjoy, there is a pool and outside area but it was Autumn so we do not use this area. The town of Ogunquit is very pretty and lovely to walk around. Gorgeous coffee shop/bakery in the town about 600yards walk. Beautiful beach amazing sunrise in the morning. There are several interesting stores and some eatery's. Our bedroom was spacious and clean, nicely decorated.

Furniture was new and modern looking, room was good size, hotel area was calm and the stay was relaxing. There was a fridge, Microwave, good sized coffee machine and... very special - a toaster in the kitchenette :)

The room didn’t have a great view (parking lot), but the Sea Chambers was right on the ocean and had a lot of seating areas with beautiful views. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice that breakfast was included . The staff was super friendly and polite. All in all, I would give a 10 out of 10.
