United StatesIt is a “feast for the eyes”, beautifully restored art deco building with tasteful but comfortable appointments. The rooms are nice but lacking pleasant views. The bedding and linens were all quality as were toiletries. And the attentiveness of the staff was five star. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and courtesy follow up given. All staff we encountered were upbeat, pleasant and actually helpful.
We had gathered from various locales to celebrate the 100th birthday of a family member. And while the celebration was held at another location, we had numerous excellent meals at Teller’s restaurant and, the staff always cheerfully and expertly seated and served our large party.
The only general complaint among our group was the temperature in the hotel and restaurants was unpleasantly cold.

I've always loved Oklahoma City. Everytime I come, there's new things; they're constantly growing. Between the cuisine, entertainment, events and activities, it would be a very long vacation, doing everything you want in one trip.

The cities amenities and variety of experiences are surprisingly wonderful. Do not miss OKC underground with this wonderful tunnels and art displays and businesses. There are many excellent restaurants and other entertainment. Ben used to make it a city not to miss but rather to be lingered in enjoyed

We were on our way through to Arkansas on a Sunday afternoon so we got our accomodations and had time to see the OKC memorial, which for a Sunday, stayed open to 6 pm. Wish I could have spent more time there and the bunch of other things to see in OKC

We stopped through on our road trip from the Midwest to out West. The OK City Bombing Memorial is amazing. I was crying just seeing the memorial fence. What a beautiful place to memorialize all those lost. And the children's chair memorials took my breath away! A must see.

I love OKC and found it to be extremely clean and well maintained. The people were so friendly and there is excellent food with an abundance of options. Our favorite places that we ate at are Neighborhood Jam (incredible!), Empire Slice, and Cattleman's. We had no trouble getting around, but we had a rental car. Parking was affordable and always available. The National Cowboy Museum was phenomenal!! I would recommend setting aside at least 3.5-4 hours or more to see and enjoy the displays. Bricktown is awesome and the water taxi was one of the best parts of our trip! The entire city is filled with beautiful art everywhere you look! I may just have to live there some day!

I am of Mexican American, despite there being mostly white people who people on Reddit claim are racist, no one gave us looks or treated us coldly during our trip. If anything, the residents were kind and genuinely welcoming. Currently we live in Texas, and if we noticed a difference, it's because in Texas people are just kind out of habit or idk southern hospitality, whatever you wanna call it. The weather felt so fresh and beautiful, it makes you wanna be out and about, there definitely stuff to do with children. Maybe not a lot of options like in Houston, though you won't die of boredom in late spring. Make sure to get a good hotel, I won't make that mistake again, and cheaping out.

Not much to like, arrived and learn that the hotel was sold 4 days ago. It was not a Hyatt. First room that was given to us was a mess, carpet was stain with wine, smell like mold. Second room was as bad and the last one was ok to stay.
Breakfast was poor , no hot water for tea, and very little to eat.

The front desk employees are wonderful! They are very helpful and kind! You can feel safe here and the property has cameras all around. The rooms are a bit outdated but it’s still well worth staying here! You couldn’t find a better hotel for the money.

Me and my kids liked to indoor swimming pool. We also liked the feature where they had some arcade games in the hotel. The room was a good size and beds were comfortable. The front counter staff was friendly.
