The Holiday Inn room had bedbugs & I was put in a room that not disability accessible. Management didn't help much.
Seeking a refund after finding the bedbugs. I wasn't able to sleep nor eat. I was sick & uncomfortable. Ruined my entire stay.

I have been going to Florida since I was a child.
I have been going to Florida since I was a child. While we have mostly stayed in the outskirts of Disney and their main gates, the last few years we have ventured more into other burbs and Orlando. I-4 makes it easy to get from one end of Florida to the other. We enjoy Chinatown, Winter Garden, and Baldwin Park.

Given a chance I would rate this hotel at 0 out of 10. I would like to give a zero rating to the hotel management (the manager) as he was showing no interest at all to talk when I said somebody stole the spare tire and wheel of my Jeep Wrangler car when parking in the hotel parking lot overnight. His response and behavior was rude as he took not even a minute to talk and explain, he simply said hotel is not responsible for any damages/losses in the parking lot to the vehicles and he said hotel doesn't have security cameras in the parking lot. I wonder why do they charge parking fee of $20 per night when they are not responsible for the vehicles and it is insane for such a big hotel to have no security cameras in the parking lot.

One of the most happening place in US. Every mile has an entertainment centre. Be it amusement park, water park, Indoor centre, food ...shopping.
Buy 7day trolly ride pass for easy commute if you are not driving.
We ate at Ashirwad indian Restaurent (red line stop 5). Host there Manali Shinde was very helpful to select Jain food.
Pointe Orlando is a food district. Universal studio and sea world are just awesome amusement parks.
Don't forget to ride Orlando eye the big wheel and world's highest sky swinger.

Everything is good about the hotel except the boring breakfast. Let them improve on that by giving guests varieties to choose from . Its a home away from home. I will not only come again, I will recommend it for anybody. The location is very strategic and easy to locate any part of Orlando.

The hotel is extremely well located. Close to Universal and easy access from/to I-4. Everything in International Drive is at walking distance.
The hotel facilities, although not new, are really clean and well maintained. The room size is generous and the beds are comfortable.
You'll still get a good old hotel experience with daily housekeeping, bath essentials and towel change.
The dining lounges (there's a breakfast and dinner buffet) and essentials store come handy in case you feel like not going out or weather forbids.

Convenient location. There is an outlet store nearby, Disney and Universal are equidistant from the hotel, 20 minutes away by car. 30 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff, breakfast included (it was a big plus for us, we got up early). Breakfast from 7 am. It is standard, but everything is there: eggs, sausages, juices, fruits, coffee, bread, etc. The hotel is new - it is 2 years old, clean. There is a swimming pool (we didn't have time to use it). Large, good air conditioning in the room. Its own large free parking.

We traveled as a multi-generational family of 6, so having separate bedrooms and enough space was a big factor for us. Floridays was great value for money, comfortable, spacious and ticked all the boxes. We were just a short drive from both Universal, Disney and a tonne of other attractions, plus there was plenty of local shopping and restaurants to choose from. We will 100% be coming back to Floridays for our next Orlando holiday.

Location was nice. Room was spacious. Close to airport and universal/Disney. Keep in mind that the shuttle that goes to Disney goes to Epcot, so you need to have your day reserved at Epcot otherwise you won’t be able to enter the park. Also if you’re traveling to a Disney hotel (like me), you can’t get into the park + you can’t take your luggage with you. If you stay at a Disney hotel I recommend getting an Uber.

It’s not a 4 star hotel. The only good things about it was the location (near Disney), friendly staff and comfy beds. The rest was just passable. Plastic cutlery, paper plates in the restaurant. WiFi did not work. No drinking water in the room, only one that you have to pay for. I wouldn’t stay here again. Thank goodness we only stayed 2 nights.
