MexicoThis property completely exceeded my expectations! It was beautifully decorated with such thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The customer service was outstanding and every staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The entire place was spotless, and they went above and beyond by providing extras I didn’t even know I needed like hats and sunglasses by the pool and even yoga mats. Every detail was clearly designed with care and comfort in mind. I’m absolutely in love with this property and can’t wait to return!

VietnamMichael the manager was a jem. The pool was perfect. Pet friendly! Bed was deliciously comfy and black out curtains which are a must! I felt like I was plopped down into a posh hotel in Tulum. Playlist was also clutch and the continental brekkie was just what I needed...lots of fresh fruit and strong coffee with non dairy creamer🙌 Thank yewwww!

United KingdomWhat wasn't to like - the host went above and beyond with communication and was extremely accommodating, especially as this was relatively last minute booked for ourselves as we were stopping by between Joshua Tree and San Diego.
The area is private, with I think a total of 8 suites, so it's perfect for solo or couple of travelers that are hoping for a bit of peace, some fun inflatables in the pool and boutique chill vibes.
The bed is super comfortable and the room was perfect. It was very hot when we stayed and the air con was quiet and coupled with a ceiling fan.
If you happen to stay when it's very warm, the location is very close to the sec-he spa which is also well worth the trip to cool off.
Thank you for being so accommodating and creating such a peaceful place to stay with views of mountains 😊

I love Palm Springs, been there many times but DO NOT STAY AT TRAVELODGE! Massive health and safety violations! Mildew and musty smells indoors and out! Roaches every morning when you turn on the lights!

We went for our Anniversary. We were there for Halloween.
We went for our Anniversary. We were there for Halloween. We enjoyed the party atmosphere, the great costumes, and the fantastic restaurants. The people were so friendly. We felt comfortable and safe. We could only stay a couple of days, due to an upcoming surgery. We are already talking about our next trip there.

Charming and well managed pretty city.
Charming and well managed pretty city. Under the crystal clear sunshine, the entire city including downtown is beautiful and looks like tidy European town having less noise and crowd.
My personal impression is that Palm S is one of perfect cities to live after finishing bustling business career, having luxurious houses all over from castle class to affordable for retirees with millions of dollars pension but still spacious and refined. If you love golf, then better than any other places.
For a traveler without intention to play golf, however, it would be good for stop-by for a night. Downtown is charming but just enough for couple of hours' walking with expensive cafe and restaurants. Other area is mainly residential area with well managed clean wide roads.
Walking is safe, though I didn't walk out after dark.

Unfortunately most museums and the botanical gardens were closed when we were there, we arrived Monday and left Thursday, it seems to be a city that mostly works Thursday to Sunday. The hotel was walking distance from the city center, easy to walk around, beautiful city, we didn't have enough time to do the hikes in the canyons, I would love to go back for that.

The location was great, less than a mile from some of the main restaurants and bars in the main street, so it's easy to drive to, uber to, or even walk if I wasn't so hungry and had more patience :). The hotel had a really cool feeling of classic modern Palm Springs vibes, but the rooms had a modern touch with updated furnishings/and bathrooms. The view of the mountains over the pool from my room was also a huge bonus to wake up to.

Amazing hotel in Palm Springs, we stayed for one night but wish we had stayed longer! The decor and the atmosphere of the hotel were fantastic. Everything was clean and tidy and we felt very comfortable despite the 48c heat way!
