United StatesMy husband and I flew into Tampa to find warm weather. We have stayed in Treasure Island before but this was our first time at the Ocean Club. Found it on a Google search while driving from the airport. The hotel was better than expected. Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful rooms and beautiful view from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

SingaporeAmazing gem!!! Honestly, in my 2 decades of traveling to 50+ countries, and staying at 20+ properties each year, this place is in the top 5% of my favorite properties. They just ticked every box—from proactive communication from the property manager about check-in (& early check in!) to the moment we arrived with the basket of thoughtful goodies with some souvenir mementos), the 1960s themed decor (the cute and fun grass wallpaper, the neon sign, etc.) and we loved the record player and eclectic collection of vinyl. Beyond the room, they pretty much thought of everything to make you happy on the property. The pool is AMAzING with retro lounge chairs, a dolphin fountain and an actual deep pool. They had so many floats and pool noodles so we didn’t need any. I found a perfect nap spot with the hammock strung between two palm trees. While we didn’t make use of it, they had a separate area for grilling and cornhole, and we didn’t have a furry friend with me but they even had a cute dog park! There’s free laundry. And a basket of board games in the rooms. I loved the waffle cotton bathrobes with their hot pink logo so I messaged the manager and sure enough you can buy one. There is “Paradise” bar & grill across the street at the beach and the beach has easy access and showers. The Pearl even provides beach chairs, some beach toys (we were not traveling with kids tho) & a beach wagon you can haul it all with—super convenient). I will for sure be back when next time in St. Pete.
Traveler’s tip: we stayed in Cabana 104 and so glad we did because it was ground level and had a back door that took you directly to the pool —and great views of the pool from the kitchen and dining area windows. Looks like Cabana 105 also has the same layout and pool access, so both are probably the best rooms in terms of lighting, layout and pool access.
Tons of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. A couple of blocks from the small downtown area with shops.

St. Pete Beach is so beautiful :) I would highly recommend not renting a car if you are traveling from Tampa airport. Once at St. Pete's there are free shuttles available all day. Also, everything is walkable, you will get your steps in if you desire and walking on the beach is fantastic!!

St. Pete Beaches are the best.
St. Pete Beaches are the best. The sand, the water were pristine. Plenty of places to eat from pizza and burgers to fine dining. You can get anywhere on Gulf Blvd. in your car or on the sidewalks. Downtown SP which has alot to offer is about 15 minutes away and well worth the visit.

Very beautiful town up and down from pass-a-grill to St. Pete downtown and coastal beach areas including Ft. DeSoto park. Must visit sites the St. Pete Pier is amazing and the top roof deck with incredible views. The park has everything to do for the outdoor enthusiast. As well as children's park and beach area with public bathroom. The area has many farmers markets and art and bakery outdoor tent fairs. Many great casual as well as fine dining restaurants. The hurricane did lots of damage last year but mostly all back to normal with only a few places still closed for renovations.

St. Pete's Beach is beautiful!
St. Pete's Beach is beautiful! The beach itself is soft white sand and was very clean. The water was refreshing and clear. It was perfect for little ones as the waves were not rough or big. We really enjoyed our stay.

The two bed and one bath room on the second floor was very nice. Spacious,, clean and looks like newly renovated. It has a little private terrace in front. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee machine and toaster are available but no cutlery, plates or cups. We moved there after the room on the other side of the road was totally unacceptable (see below). Each directly in front of the hotel with free loungers.
I still consider the price of well over USD 300/ night comparatively high

Had email conversation with Manager who was very accommodating which gave great reassurance before you travel and as you are travelling. The area was hit by the recent hurricanes pretty badly and my heart goes out to all affected. This Hotel is less than 50m from the Beach. Well worth the visit. The Manager was helpful in directing us to dining and entertainment venues as all are still not fully open.

Great place, friendly front desk, live music daily during our stay, nice pool area, hotel positioned right on the beach was great, and the room itself, whilst small for a family of 4, was fine for the 2 nights we stayed. We would definitely consider staying again.

The resort was steps to the ocean and one of the few in this area that sits so close to the water. Great location to walk to many amenities including a publix. There is a local bus that will take you to Clearwater and down to st. Pete’s.
