You need to order at the bar, so you need to make sure you have the time to eat breakfast or get coffee. But the upside is that it is freshly made. They even made me a vegan and glutenfree breakfast, so was really happy with that. Very friendly staff.

Its become very congested with a lot more people in Salt Lake area. Used to be staying in Sandy was easy to travel to Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. It took an hour to get to and back from Brighton, around 40mins to Snowbird. Will look at other options (e.g. Airbnb, VRBO) due to commute time.

Sandy was better than I thought it would be.
Sandy was better than I thought it would be. I went for a conference, but didn't expect to have a nice drive into the mountains to see the color changes of the trees. It was beautiful! And a new little restaurant was open, called Dollie's Soup and Salad. I thought it was delicious!

The location in reference to my seminar was excellent.
The location in reference to my seminar was excellent. Plenty of places to dine, gas station and quick access to freeway. Room was very quiet in relation to freeway. Area can get busy so if you are moving around during peak periods be careful.

I was in Sandy Utah for a wedding reception of some very close friends.
Many years ago, I lived in West Jordan and have always loved Utah. It is a state filled with beautiful mountains, hiking trails and so many more out-door activities. It is the headquarters to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, to which I am a member. The City of Salt Lake and all the surrounding areas are beautifully clean and in good repair. There are many good eateries all around the city. The proximity of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Sandy was perfect to the location for the wedding reception. The trip was great. The local people were all helpful and kind.

Just outside the hustle and bustle of Salt Lake City, Sandy...
Just outside the hustle and bustle of Salt Lake City, Sandy is a gem. It’s got everything you need and want if you want to stay close to downtown, but not in it at all. I spent time here in the summer, growing up, and it only appeals to me more, now that I’m grown and have kids of my own.
Clean, comfortable and great location. Check in easy, ample free parking, free wifi worked good, comfortable beds and pillows. Across the street from the mall and many restaurants near by. Easy on and off freeway access. Good breakfast consisted of egg and cheese omelette, sausage, bagels/toast, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, muffins, juice, coffee, yogurt, cereal and granola bars. Friendly and helpful staff.
The property was perfect for a couple families to share.
The extra sitting area was great for the kids to have their own space. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Great location. In walking distance to the Exposition Center. Very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely rent again.
After having issues at another hotel. We opted for the this one last minute. Garrett who was working the night shift was so accommodating and nice to us. We were frustrated and tired and his willingness to help made our stay better. This hotel is clean and is beyond your expectations for the price. I highly recommend it. Breakfast was also great.
The location was perfect for some shopping I wanted to do, and restaurants. The breakfast was good and I ate in your restaurant one night and it was very good. I came from not far away just to destress and relax by the pool among other things. It was all great. If I feel the need for another quick and close get away, I'd choose your hotel again
Several of the most important things to me when I travel are customer service and cleanliness. The place did exceed my expections in both areas. All staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and facility was very clean. The hot breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. I'll be staying here again.
The staff were accommodating from the very first friendly greeting. The room was clean and fresh. There were enough towels ( which is sometimes an issue with some hotels). There was ample parking spaces. And the location was perfect for the occasion. We will stay there again next time we go to Utah.
The location was perfect for shopping and where we needed to visit in Sandy. It was just the right size for our family to have a space larger than a hotel suite.
Overall our stay was great! Loved the pool area and the hotel grounds. Breakfast was ok and the room/hotel was clean, comfy and well worth the rate. Thank you!
