This service is very helpful for newcomers to the city, as it ensures ease and prevents the stress of getting lost. Additionally, they arranged another taxi (also free) to take me to the train station at 12:30 AM. Hotel is new and clean. Breakfast is amazing, location is excellent because it is just few meters to Registron Square.

MalaysiaTemur and Dior was very helpful and receptive during our stay . One night it was rainy . And there water droplet making noise. They help us change to a new room . Which is a nice gesture. Also they helped us arranged a nice tour to the seven lake in Tajikistan. Overall the stay was surprising pleasent and comfortable.

Our family room was on the 3rd floor and it was very comfortable and spacious
Bedrooms are large and gave lounge sofas and a balcony.
The host was very hospitable and very caring towards the needs of our elderly parents. They arranged a bedroom on a lower floor ( since there is no elevator) and even let them rest past checkout time until it was time for our train.
Breakfast is a nice spread- uzbek traditional breakfast.

3 days with kids was good. We could space out the attractions and take it slow. Aloe of food options were available online and offline. We visited the main spots and did some kids activity at the mall too. Taxi is very reasonable.

Yes, the city felt so safe.
Yes, the city felt so safe. I was able to walk freely to the town center late in the evenings without having to look over my shoulders. The city has a very rich historical sites worth visiting. It reminds one of how far human civilization has come from. Ancient sites as old as 500 years is what you expect to see.

Samarkand is a remarkable city - with lots of history and tourist attractions. The mosques, madrasas, minerets and domes were very well restored and displayed the artful nature of displays. A must visit place.

In my opinion, Samarkand is one of the best place to visit for a couple of days trip. Totally deserves the name ' jewel of central asia'. My recommendations would be ofcourse The registan square, Bibi Khanym mosque, Hazrat Khizr Mosque and Shah-i-zinda. Definitely try Uzbek pulav!

The sightseeing places are amazing!
The traffic in the city, especially near those historic places are jammed.
The people are very friendly, the cafes and restaurants are much better now than it was 4-5 years ago.
Tourist traffic is not very dense, there are lots of tourists but not so much.
The prices of hotels and meals are not high, even considering local Uzbekistan's prices.
Getting to Samatkand is very easy: 1.train (The Afrosiyab) 2) plane 3) car/bus.

A city with stunning architecture and easy to walk around.
A city with stunning architecture and easy to walk around. The Regaton (main square) is the highlight and is also worth visiting in the evening to see the sound and light show. A visit to Samarkand Silk Carpets company is also recommended if interested in investing in a high quality product.

A perfect hotel for tourists worldwide.
1 Brand new hotel, good furnitures and well decorated.
2 The quadra-bed room seems bigger than 45sqm. It's more like a suite.
3 5star class service and local breakfast.
The manager Mr Beck, in charge of the hotel, is a well educated and considerate young man. He speaks Uzbekistan, Russian, English and daily Chinese, which helped us a lot.

Very central, yet quiet area and very safe.
Room and bathroom were spacious, quality towels.
Courteous, professional staff, always willing to help and make your stay enjoyable.

The breakfast they offer is absolutely fabulous—the best I had among all the hotels I stayed at in Uzbekistan. The hotel is well-located, just a 10-minute drive from Registan Square. The staff are very well-mannered and helpful, and the property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

Wonderful hotel, very decorated. Our best breakfast in Uzbekistan, supported by an amazing staff. The only staff who didn’t try to scam us but, instead, gave us useful tips about local life and local eatery.
