The facilities are modern and well-designed, big plus for the groovy bar and a relaxing spa. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of every single day.
This is a place we’ll never forget. If we ever come back to Hanoi, CLASSYC will be our go-to hotel without a doubt.

There is plenty to see in Hanoi unfortunately for our very short stay it was raining. We were there over a weekend and part of the area near the lake is closed to motor viechles, this made good for walking around. We also went on the tourist bus which is great to get directly to main areas of interest. Seems to us to be a safe place to visit but must be careful of the road traffic when walking. On arrival the air pollution was quite thick however we had rain which I believe made it better.

The area of Hanoi that most visitors experience is the Old/French quarters and it is everything you expect: a heady mix of chaos/hustle/culture and inequality. The first time we visited Hanoi we didn't really get it, the second time we loved it. I highly recommend venturing out into some of 'suburbs' where you get more of a feel for how the city's residents live day to day. Get a Grab (Uber equivalent) to a random part of the city and explore! One other thing - make the effort to get up early (5:30am) one day and go walkabout to see how the Vietnamese start their day before all the tourists wake up.

The city is a chaos! I recommend to only stay in the city one day or less and plan out to be away for actual sightseeing like Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Sapa…
If you are spending a day or half a day in the city, use it to go for a spa - the best thing you can get out of the city!

Eliana Ruby hotel offers great value, at a very affordable price compared to other places we've seen in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff was really kind and helpful (shoutout to Anna at reception!), the place was super clean, it was quiet (an amazing feat in this part of the city!), and we had the best sleep of our month-long trip through Vietnam (bed quality was insanely good!). Add to that the made-to-order breakfast and... well, it was just perfect.

Located in the old quarter of Hanoi very close to the French quarter - this is our second visit to this truest amazing hotel . From initially booking this hotel we had contacted with Gracy and her team who arranged airport transfers , trips , tours , restaurants and general advise . There are many pitfalls travelling in Vietnam but honestly this hotel were amazing in the service and facilities getting rid of any concerns and making a superb trip

I loved my stay at Family Suite Hotel! It was a perfect location (a hidden quieter gem in the middle of the old quarter), walking distance from best rated restaurants, a FANTASTIC breakfast every morning, clean room and towels, and a GREAT, kind and helpful staff! The hotel was perfectly located in the old quarter and near the lake. Great to take a stroll to shop, eat streat food and explore the city. Even the French Quarter is in walking distance. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay at Eliane Signature and can recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed start of their Hanoi or Vietnam experience.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi, good food around the area. Very affordable room rate, with balcony and free breakfast (but the quality of breakfast is poor). TV, shower, wi-fi, sheets, toiletries were okay. They allowed us to check-in early, around 10AM, instead of 2PM, but charged us additional fees.
