Had a wonderful stay at tranquility for the weekend. Many hours spent snorkelling, paddle boarding and kayaking. Some beautiful reef and the water was loaded with turtles. The food was yummy and such a luxury to have breakfast lunch and dinner cooked for you. Maddie and Finn were very welcoming and friendly and gave us plenty of advice on what to do. Would highly recommend a visit.

Janessa is a great lady. Her house is a 4 minute walk from the airport and there are cheap easy share vans (red B on license plate) to get from the airport into Port Vila. Share bathroom, AC, breakfast, kitchen with coffee and tea, private patio in each room. A great place to stay and the cheapest in Port Vila.

Location was amazing and so were the views! Pool was an added bonus. A great place to relax and recharge and spend some quality time with family. Rosie made our stay even better by looking after us with cleaning and laundry. It made our trip even more relaxing. Highly recommend

It was the nice quiet relaxing location we were seeking to unwind. New facility and great food. Away from the crowds and a place to relax and enjoy the water. Fresh seafood was a huge plus. Staff was super attentive and friendly. LOVED the space and large couch to both relax on.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hideaway Island! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations — from the peaceful island setting to the crystal-clear waters right at the doorstep. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single person I met was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. Their hospitality is one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. The location is also perfect — quiet, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful marine life. Snorkeling, sunsets, and the easy ferry access made the whole trip so convenient and enjoyable. I enjoyed every moment here and would highly recommend Hideaway Island to anyone looking for a peaceful island escape with amazing people and a stunning location. I can’t wait to come back!
