Very comfortable and clean apartment and the owner answered all of our questions right away and helped us with anything we needed. The location is also amazing being on the Main Street with many shops and eateries in walking distances, and then the ferry to the city is only a 5 min drive away.

The staff members were very accommodating. Prompt reply to any small questions. Great location out of touristy spots in NYC, yet central to both south and north direction. The rental had everything I needed for a little more than a week stay. Although it was on the street level, I never felt unsafe.

Received very good info on how to find the keys, and work the locks. The apartment was way bigger than expected and very complete and clean. We loved our stay. Going through the city by metro was super easy as there are two metro stations at walking distance. The apartment is two stairs up, so as long as you can do this, this is perfect spot to get around NY.
