This was the nicest property we've ever rented on this platform. It has recently been redone and the owners went out of their way to spare no expense. The entire condo is like a very nice apartment all the way down to the bathrooms, towels, etc. The appliances are all new and the beach view can't be beat. It's on the third floor but it's not that much of a walk up the stairs when you come in from the beach so it affords a nice level of privacy away from the noise. The owner was extremely generous with advice on what to do and where to eat since we were new to the area. They were also very generous with beach towels and games for when it rained. We can't recommend this location enough. We'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

Of the best outfitted condos I have ever stayed at. Had everything I needed, and even had a 'happy cabinet' above the stove. Very easy 5 minute walk to the main strip. I also Loved the bikes. I rode the larger bike around town and to the beach and very much appreciated having it there for my use!(tire pump was in kitchen closet). Great place to stay in Siesta Key!

The owner is adorable and sweet as can be. There is everything you could want in the Apartment and more. If there is anything you could want more she will come or answer at a moments notice. It was a wonderful, peaceful stay! It was much needed! Big Apartment with all the necessities.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend babymoon. We were thrilled with the fantastic location; the condo is steps away from the beach and an easy walk to Siesta Village. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, toiletries, towels, and linens. The private porch made for a relaxing hangout area when an afternoon thunderstorm rolled in, and the BBQ grill and beach wagon were thoughtful touches. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was very prompt and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay, Kyle. We will be back!
