We stayed here July 22-25, 2025. This is a beautiful condo complex connected to a hotel that sits on a small hill overlooking the peaceful bay. It is so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and watch the boats. We had breakfast there every morning. Also, you can walk down below along the boardwalk where the shops and restaurants are. The shops are painted different colors. From January-March the whales come to the area with an abundance of boat tours to see them up close. In July, it was not super crowded which we enjoyed. We swam in the pool below us that was part of the hotel. It was awesome! There is another more private pool for the condos, if you prefer. There is a restaurant you can order from as well. I can't say enough good things about the restaurant staff. We were cooking one night, and we had walked to the store to purchase ingredients but some of them got left out of the bag accidentally. The restaurant below was perfect for ordering side salads to go with our meal. They even threw in the raw onion we needed for our main course, so we didn't have to walk back to the store again. The condo itself was super clean, and the kitchen was stocked with well-kept cups, plates, pots and pans, etc. The bathroom was stocked with everything you need. There is not a beach area to swim in where we stayed, but if you drive a few minutes up the road there are swimming areas you can see from the road with pretty water.

The property was in a great location. Beautiful beach across the property. Apartment was amazing, comfortable and had everything you need. Host was quick with responses and very helpful and friendly. Love the stay and will return.

Die Unterkunft Vista Mare Spectacular Ocean View Spacious 2-Bedroom Condo, Samana, die über einen Außenpool, ein Fitnesscenter und einen Garten verfügt, bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Santa... Die Lage war einfach richtig klasse – genau so, wie ich’s mir von Anfang an vorgestellt hatte. Alles war super erreichbar, man konnte bequem zu Fuss losziehen und hatte trotzdem seine Ruhe, wenn man sie gebraucht hat. Die Umgebung war angenehm, es gab genug Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder einfach nur gemütlich spazieren. Ich kann den Ort wirklich nur empfehlen, weil einfach alles gestimmt hat – von der Atmosphäre bis zur praktischen Lage. Für mich war’s rundum perfekt.

Die Unterkunft Condo Hotel Playa Las Ballenas ist in Las Terrenas, 100 m von Strand Playa Las Ballenas und 1,5 km von Pueblo de los Pescadores entfernt gelegen und bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten... It's a lovely small kinda hotel with a pool and 1 min walk to the beach. Nice 2 storey villa with 2 bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. A little bit far to the nearest restaurant or shop - but it was not a big deal for us.

Die Schlüsselüber- und -Rückgabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir konnten sogar etwas vor der offiziellen Uhrzeit einchecken. Auch ein etwas späterer Check-out war möglich. Danke dafür. Die Lage ist top!! Sehr schöner Strandabschnitt schräg gegenüber. Die Stromkosten hielten sich in Grenzen. Für 8 Tage lediglich ca. 3 USD (bei sparsamem Verbrauch).
