I had a great stay at Efleda’s place. The apartment is modern, very clean, and comfortable. It’s located just 20 minutes on foot from Cebu airport, or less than 120 pesos by Grab (around 5 minutes). Efleda is a kind and responsive host who really takes care of her guests. I highly recommend her place!

The guards and the receptionists they were also very kind, they’re always willing to assist you every time your asking around the area. Excellent value apartment. Ideal for short stay just a few minutes taxi ride to the airport (150pesos) and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Good facilities in pool amd gym. But beware if you stay over a Monday the pool is closed for weekly maintenance. Very comfortable bed Hot water They changed the kettle which was great. Netflix and wifi all great. Couldn't hear building maintenance Staff friendly and helpful

The owner was kind enough to also include a first aid kit and board game which other properties do not normally do. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was complete and functional. Loved the clean towels and personal kit. There are equipment that you can use to clean up after yourself too.
