We actually live in Puerto Princesa and have our own house. For various reasons, however, we spend the weekends away from home. Therefore, we have seen many accommodations and hotels. This one is one of the best we have ever seen. The facility is very functional, clean and lovingly designed. It even has reserve water in case there is a water shortage. The staff is very friendly. The pool is clean and well maintained, as is the whole complex. And if you are on two or four wheels: There is a large parking lot. However, if you don't have a car or motorbike, you can take a tricycle in front of the main entrance (the city centre is not far away). There are also various shops and small restaurants in the same place. In addition, the landlord offers tours if desired. Security seems to be a top priority. No one can enter without registration and confirmation, and any deliveries (such as food) must be picked up at the entrance. Nevertheless, checking in and out was very quick and efficient.

If I ever have the opportunity to return, I would absolutely choose this place again. Even though the host, Madam Malou, wasn't physically on-site, she stayed in close communication with us throughout our entire stay. It honestly felt like she was right there with us—always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to her warm and thoughtful approach, we truly felt at home. I'm sincerely grateful for her kindness and support. Highly recommended!
