I can strongly reccomend this accommodation and host as a to go place when looking for an overnight in Lapu Lapu! Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. The place itself was just fantastic. The sunrise view each morning was just wonderful to sit and watch with a morning coffee. The host, Selina, could not have been more helpful! Other hosts could certainly learn a thing or two from her. She arranged a complimentary taxi to pick us up from the ferry port and even did the same when I had to cut my stay short a couple of days early due to unforeseen events. Some snacks were provided along with a very ample supply of drinking water which was great too! The stay here was faultless and I hope to visit again in the future! If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! You will not regret it.

I stayed here for a week due to a company event, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the office. It’s also conveniently close to Sugbo Mercado and Ayala Centrio. The condo had a complete dining and entertainment setup, and I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals, which I did often. Since I spent most of my time at the office, I mainly used the place for sleeping, but it was very clean and comfortable. The guards were also friendly and accommodating. Great stay overall!

First and foremost the Host is very kind. Anything that you will ask her, she will gave answers promptly. Second, the place is very clean. You can consider this place as a second home since it’s very comfortable to stay. The guards and the receptionists they were also very kind, they’re always willing to assist you every time your asking around the area. I am traveling with my two kids and they’re also comfortable in this place. We are very Happy. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was in a great location, and being on the ground floor was actually so convenient, no waiting for elevators and the pool was just steps away. The place was comfortable with great amenities, but the best part was the karaoke. That definitely made our stay extra fun!
