What an absolutely fabulous place! There is nothing negative I could say about this condo. The place was extremely clean, had every comfort of home and was well stocked. On top the view is worth a million dollars! I read mixed reviews about the beach and all we can say is that it was extremely clean with crystal clear water.

The location is quiet, yet walking distance from bars and restaurants. This is one of the best beaches on the mainland that I've experienced and this condo is in the perfect location. Plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 adults and 3 kids, or most any combo of 6 people, not counting the living room. Kitchen is small as far as prep space, but we were able to cook so many of our favorite dishes, something we can't really do in our Bangkok condo. If you don't want to cook, no problem as their are dozens of excellent restaurants nearby. Host was easy to communicate with and we even extended as we enjoyed the condo so much.

Stayed on 12th floor, We loved the size of the condo and the view from balcony and the mountain view from front door, room was very comfortable except the bed. We appreciated how huge it was but it did a number on our backs. The daily sunsets were beautiful over the ocean. Make sure you go to the 32 floor and see the view of the whole area on roof. The pool and beach were relaxing and people friendly. There is a water filling machine in the lobby that was very convenient. Plenty of places to eat including a western style pizza shop that's a must visit! Our host was very responsive and was very nice. Full kitchen for cooking was a big bonus that we used everyday. Very spacious bathroom shower. No washer but hand washed clothes and used the drying rack and hangers provided by host. Laid back chill area to get away from big city.
