ItalyWe were the only ones there and they are still getting ready for the season so most things were not set up(tables and chairs). Room was clean and look to be newly refinished.
We lost power for a few hours in the evening and and had no way to cool our meal.
The host never responded to any of our messages.

HungaryThe place was already open, a relative of the host was awaiting us and introduced everything - although they do not speak english nor german still everything went easy.
The electricity wen out in the morning, which also affected the water, but it was no fault of the place - the whole city had a breakdown.

Seamless communication with the host, who quickly guided us and accommodated our check-in and check-out needs while ensuring we had everything we required.
