You won’t regret staying here - it is a magical location in the jungle with a stunning pool and gracious hosts. We were welcomed by the owner and had a delightful cottage with our own terrace. The pool has the most incredible views. There are no bugs in the evenings so you can sit outside and enjoy the jungle noises. You are able to book dinner which was delicious and would recommend. The work and effort that goes into this place is amazing. There are a number of walking trails which we enjoyed including a swim in the river. This is a very special place to stay. Oh you get nice white cotton sheets and great towels!!

We were lucky to book this unique bus-home at the last minute! Nestled in the jungle, the place is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-decorated, and surrounded by nature. The outdoor shower with hot water was a special touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed. After driving for three hours through a storm, we arrived late at night, exhausted and unable to find food. To our surprise, the host greeted us at 10 PM with a box of spaghetti and pesto sauce—such a thoughtful gesture! Waking up to the sounds of singing birds and the peaceful jungle was pure magic. Highly recommend this one-of-a-kind experience!

What a little gem. Everything is new and very clean. Great little pool for the end of the day. Great kitchen if just want to stay in. Elizabeth was fantastic and very attentive. She booked us an amazing horseback ride that was the highlight of the trip. About 10 min dive to Manuel Antonio. Highly recommend.

What an absolutely amazing place, out of all our travels this might be our all-time favorite. The cabins are lovely and the view in the morning is amazing. The entire location is just gorgeous. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom and the showers, the water was always warm and relatively insect-free. In fact, there aren't many bugs there at all. The food was quite good, it's mostly the typical Costa Rican food but I'm sure if you ask, they could make something else for you. It's a fantastic place for birdwatching, whether you are a serious birder or not. Some normally pretty rare birds are easily found there. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the birds. You can go on a free coffee tour if you're staying there. We also had a lot of fun walking the trails and often tagged along with the birding tour that takes place every morning. However, you can also spend all days sitting in the little restaurant area and watch the hummingbirds, toucans, aracaris, tanagers and other birds at the feeders.

Diego, our host, who lives close by, was very friendly, available and accommodating. He met us for check-in and check-out. This house is in a gated community being developed by CR Tropical. The location is about 15-20 minutes slow drive on a gravel road into the jungle/rainforest! (Note all roads in CR off any main highway are gravel with potholes). The house is totally private. From the porch (which surrounds the entire house) we saw monkeys, toucans and morpho butterflies. Comfortable king bed. Excellent WIFI and air conditioning.
