The Villa is awesome and the host is always ready to assist with anything. The guy managing the place is great and a cool dude. When I needed a car they got me a great one at a great rate with insurance. Very safe area with night security and an electronic gate. The Air Conditioning works great and the private pool can’t be beat. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. The mini market about a 1 minute walk up the same road has the basics for your stay such as water, soda, soap… You can drive, moto or have delivery of groceries from La Sirena Supermarket further in town. We also received delivery of multiple items, including chicken soup ingredients and Presidente beer from a local colmado. Additionally, with the addition of a sidewalk along the beach side, it’s now a safe and easy 10 minute walk to the fisherman on the beach and the rest of town with numerous restaurant options along the way. Previously, that walk required walking in the roadway which exposes pedestrians to traffic but that has now been resolved with the sidewalk. I wholeheartedly recommend this to all. My family - wife and 3 kids - enjoyed it very much.

It was located in a private residential area in a beautiful part of Las Terrenas, just a few steps from the most beautiful beach. Great swimming! The apartment kitchen had everything needed. I loved the wood ceilings. AC worked great and lots of ceiling fans. Our host was phenomenal, very quick to respond! And 24 hr security was nice. Great value!
