United KingdomSheba is such an amazing host - so kind when greeting us following our late arrival due to a very delayed flight. The property is lovely, with high ceilings, traditional Italian furniture and very welcoming overall. The air conditioning was just what was needed as we entered the cool accommodation from the warm evening walk through Pisa from the train station. The beds were comfortable, bathroom beautifully clean with toiletries and Sheba had left snacks for breakfast in the kitchen with milk, bottled water and orange juice in the fridge. The property is central and very close to the Leaning Tower and the wonderful architecture and gardens around it as well as the bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Palace Comfort Inn and will definitely be returning if it is not already booked up. Thank you Sheba for everything. :)

The host was great, providing clear instructions for check-in and being helpful throughout our stay. Parking was convenient as well, which was a big plus.
