GermanyThe stay was perfect, and not expensive compared to other hotels and properties in the area. The location was very good, next to the main street in Valleta, close to everything. Communication with the hostess was very easy. As soon as we made the reservation, she sent all the instructions to get the keys. She offered to meet us, but we did not because of our arrival time, and I find it good to have the flexibility to meet the hostess or to self check-in, as people have different preferences. The home is extremely cozy and clean and everything is very well thought for you to have comfort but at the same time still feel in a medieval atmosphere. I did not use the kitchen that much, but it had all the necessary untensils for a quick meal. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher.
I would definetely stay there again!
Just a comment, which is not by any means a criticism, but something that might be useful for people with limited mobility, people with kids etc: the house does have a lot of narrow steps to access the upper room and the cellar. But in the first floor with the living room/kitchen there is a bathroom and a bed withihn a niche (giving it some privacy), all accessible without stairs, so I believe it would still be maneageble.
