United StatesThe Aframes were closed for the season. We were upgraded to a cabin at no additional charge. We checked in digitally and arrived after 4. The room was amazing. They provided a dog bed for our pet, treats and doo doo bags as well. There is a hiking trail on the property. It sits just at the outskirts of town, but everything was easily accessible. There were places to eat and drink nearby, a great breakfast next door at Sugar and Crumbs Cafe. We had coffee at the local brewing company that sells both great coffee and craft beer made on site. It was quiet and clean. A smart TV allowed us to watch the Chief's play the Steelers on Netflix. The beds were comfortable and warm. They have bike rentals and kayaking on a seasonal basis. There is a small store which sells local handcrafts and Pendelton wool. The staff were unobtrusive but attentive. My son and I both said we want to come back for another stay. It was a marvelous escape for two days. Thanks, Loblolly!

There were plenty of instructions and notes to give us the information we needed (although it would have been nice to meet our lovely hosts). Breakfast was served to our room in the morning, and it was hot, tasty, and exactly the right amount. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch and the Zelda theme room made us want to learn more about Zelda Fitzgerald - especially loved the quotes of and about her to round out the experience.Guest review byMelodyeYoung couple
