United StatesThe location is right in between Pensacola Beach and downtown Pensacola. I really appreciated the availability of a washing machine and dryer. The full kitchen was awesome, and I cooked several meals while we were there. Everything was just right! Our experience with this location was great! Even though there are two businesses across the street, we never heard any off-putting noise or activity.

United StatesI loved this property. I travel a lot and have made at least 100 bookings through booking.com. This property ranks in the top 5 overall, and its ranking is number 1 for cleanliness. This is a single-wide mobile home, but don't let that stop you. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is plenty large for couples and families. The owner has made so many thoughtful additions. It wasn't beach weather when we visited, but there were beach towels in the home. Unlike many vacation rentals, all the plates, cups, glasses, and kitchen-ware are of very good quality and are a matched set. There is even a dedicated cupboard for children's plates and cups. The coffee situation was great and there were more than enough coffee pods for our stay. I loved that the bunk beds and queen bed were squared away like they would be in a Marine barracks. I enjoyed the military theme - the khaki and tan with rust colored accents completed the picture. This would be an ideal location for an extended stay.
