It is 2 room accomodation, comfortable and clean. The water pressure of the hot water is normal (not perfect) for Theth - there are a lot of accommodation in the valley and a lot of gests, so the water infrastructure is not made for the crowd. The breakfast was simple but ok. It was the same breakfast for the two days. We expected butter, but we got margarine (that was a little bit of despondent). The dinner (we ate dinner 2 nights there) was great. It was homemade meal - we are grateful for that. We are hikers, and we eat a lot, so the quantity of meals was satisfying. The OWNERS are lovely couple, always prepared to assist us. Although they don't speak English we managed to understand each other pretty good. Worth the money! We recommend it and we will go back again!

Especially the location 5 minutes to Theth center, the nice house, the peaceful atmosphere and the very responsive host (Alex) upon arrival!

Great breakfast each morning (Albanian pancakes, sausage/hot dog, lots of fruit options), as well as dinner here on site. It was really good food so we just chose to eat here multiple times vs. other places. The location is extremely central. We stayed in the XL villa and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five (3 large bedrooms, all with facilities (air conditioning, hot water, etc.) that worked well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us petulla for breakfast when we asked which was lovely of them. Breakfast also was good enough for the mountain villas. The view of the villas was beautiful and the villas comfortable. As mentioned they were new and the ac was yet to be installed. The staff did provide a fan which made the afternoon a bit cooler . The temperatures drop fairly quickly in the evening there so it wasn't a big issue. Parking is easy, reaching the place is easy and the market which is 2mins away was so convenient. They also lit a fire for us in the evening.
