Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

This hotel will take great care of you for your stay in Belize City. They can call Jose for a taxi to take you to dinner or the ferry or anywhere you want to go. Even the evening security guard was very friendly and helpful. 24 hr security with gates in a quiet residential neighborhood close to restaurants and ferry.

They set up our taxi from the airport to the water taxi. They set et up our golf cart delivery at the water taxi and were escorted to the property. This made our arrival seemless!

The property is absolutely perfect , only second to the Host Lisa , who is also perfect. The house is massive. Two huge comfortable rooms with excellent mattresses and AC to take the heat off. The kitchen and dining room are exactly as I would have in my own place . Everything you would need is there. There is even a general store maybe 10 mins up the road where you can get everything you need. Even the towels provided are super soft. Whole house is spotless

This location and the accommodations were perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to schedule a private snorkling excursion with one of the hotel employees. Fantastic place, and we would definitely stay here again.
