During winter after we did the W trek, we stayed one week in Cabanas Kauken. We rent a cabana for four people as we were travelling with our family. Both sleeping rooms are very comfortable, with an amazing view, you can wonder sunset – sunrise, changing of the light. Every day we relaxed in the hot tub, the first evening with a glass of champagne. We enjoyed breakfast with fresh fruit. The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom were great. We love this location in the nature to relax. You can reach the city easily by uber or taxi. The owner is very friendly, also extremely helpful. He advises good restaurants, trips you can do in the neighborhood. He offered us an exceptional service to drive us to the city and the airport, he took care of our luggage during the W trek. We really appreciate that the cabana was warm nevertheless the cold outside temperature -18° , we had enough duvets to sleep and even running water. The overall standard and the exceptional service was second to none.

The house was very homey, living room had a heater and huge tv. We had a car so the location was good since it was near a supermarket and had good parking availability. We slept really well! Also the kitchen had everything you need to cook home meals. The washing machine and a separate drier were also very helpful. Hot water was always available.

We stayed for two nights and It was everything that he hope for, the house was clean and Gonzalo was a great host, he recommend us a few places to eat and where we could buy groceries, the communication was easy and he was very kind. The house is surrounded by trees, there’s a lot of birds and we even see a few bunny’s, It was a bit noisy in the morning because of the birds singing but nothing crazy. I would definitely come back to this beautiful house!
