We visited with our 7 month old baby and my dad and we all had the best time! They’ve made sure to keep the cabin (chalet) very cozy, modern, and comfortable. We really loved it! It’s worth mentioning the viewpoint at the property… it’s just the best view in Minca!

A ten minute walk to Tayrona Park and buses also pass regularly. The restaurant on site is amazing, it is fine dining but at reasonable prices. I was impressed that despite being low season, everything that I ordered was available. Worth every dollar.

The house is clean and well-equipped with big rooms including a laundry. The location is perfect as it's just on the edge of the small town so a bit quieter but still close to everything. Morgan is a super friendly guy, interesting to chat with, and very attentive to anything you might need.

This was one of the most amazing vacation experiences of my entire life. The property is incredibly beautiful. It is very secluded so you can just experience nature at it's best. The house is fantastic. It has hot water for the shower!!! That is a clincher for me. The host was more than helpful and gave me so much information I couldn't remember it all. The waterfall near the property is enchanting. I can imagine living here and writing the great american novel. This is one of those places where those things happen. LOL

Looking for a quite place surrounded by nature but still walking distance from Minca, we came across Sunset Serranata. Luckily there was availability exactly on the one night that we had no accommodation pre-booked. This gem is recently built by the French owner Theo. The contact via Booking was very clear with great tips for things to do and how to get to the accommodation. Theo was waiting for us at the house to show us the beautiful place. A large terrace overlooking the mountains and Santa Marta in the distance. The bathtub on the terrace is a great add on for enjoying a drink while listening to jungle sounds. If you like to spot birds this is a great pick. We spotted Toucans behind the house just from the deck. Theo is the best and will do his utmost best to accommodate you in the best possible way. He can also deliver you wine, beer etc on request so you don’t have to search for it and carry it up from Minca. The wifi works great, kitchen sufficiently equipped and the warm water seems unlimited. If we go back to Minca this will certainly be the place we’d stay again. But much longer.
