Spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities-enough of linen, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The heating was excellent. The host is a wonderful man. Levani was very responsive and always ready to help. We enjoyed chatting to him over the bonfire. Would highly recommend this property for its peaceful location and well-appointed cottages.

It´s a very pleasant house, tucked on the heights of Borjomi. We felt instantly at home. The house is renovated with taste and very comfortable. It is spacious and the kitchen is very well furnished, It has definitely a "home" vibe, if you´re looking for a nice place that feels personal, this place is the perfect opposite of a soulless AirBnB: It´s a home, a real one. We could not enjoy the garden because of the weather, but we appreciated the fireplace and the washer-drier was very useful. I can totally picture myself coming back with my family to this home. The host is very kind and did lot of renovation there, there is definitely a personal touch that makes all the difference, I WARMLY recommend this home, You won´t be disappointed, it was the best we had in a 3-weeks trip with lots of places.

It is located in a cute farm where the lovely hosts live. They are very hospitable and kind, helped us plan our next few days and made us a gigantic and tasty breakfast for 25 lari per person. Homey and lovely for good price. Very recommended!
