It is family run business with good atmosphere. One you lady know english and she was care the guest well. Food was amazing. There is private entry to water fall where you can swim and enjoy the views.

I had the pleasure of staying at Winterfell Chalet during my last day in Mestia, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. As someone who has visited the area for the past four years and stayed in various hotels and guesthouses, I can confidently say that Winterfell Chalet is a cut above the rest. While there are certainly areas where the chalet could improve, small details and the service, I have no doubt that the team at Winterfell is dedicated to continually improving their guests' experience. And that's why I'm giving them a perfect score of 10. And most likely I will be back next year!

The garden is very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Svetlana was very good. She also prepared very tasty breakfast for us. It was a pity we only stayed for one night, it was one of the most welcoming places we stayed during our two weeks trip through Georgia. :)

We were the very first guests at Svanieri, and it was truly amazing. The cottage is set on a hill with stunning mountain views — so peaceful and beautiful. Everything was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly kind and caring. They helped us with everything and made us feel right at home. We came with friends, had the best time, and even celebrated my birthday here — it was the most special one yet. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Svaneti! 💖

The place was spotless and felt incredibly fresh and well-maintained. But the highlight of our stay was the host: warm, genuinely kind, and unbelievably attentive. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not just as guests, but as friends. Every small touch made a big difference, and their hospitality made this one of our favorite stays in Georgia.
