The room was new, spacious, and very clean. The owners are incredibly kind and love their dogs (and puppies!) - dog lovers will feel right at home here. There’s no AC, but the cool nights made it perfectly comfortable. The Wi-Fi runs on Starlink, so the connection was strong. And the food… absolutely amazing - probably the best we had in all of Sumba! Don’t miss their famous lobster soup!

Morika Villa se nachází v destinaci Rua a nabízí venkovní bazén, terasu, bar a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Pláž Rua Beach se nachází jen 1,4 km odtud. Very large, spacious villa with separate bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area. The view was just stunning and the villas are perfectly positioned for sunrise which I managed to wake up early enough to catch and was well worth it. The staff were incredible, super helpful, helped me book and tailor activities to my preference. On the last day, there was a bit of a stress with my driver for the airport being very late - they more than made up for this by taking care of checking me in for my flight, having a staff member wait for me at the airport and even upgraded my seat. Prefect stay and I will return for much longer!

Three Queen Villa and Homestay se nachází v Waikabubaku a nabízí venkovní bazén, zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a výhled do zahrady. We love Asia and spend every year a month or more in the region. We found Three Queens exceptional for three reasons: First the location on the amazing and basically empty Rua Beach in beautiful Sumba. Second our hosts Lidya and Brad together with their three daughters and extended family pampered us throughout our stay with food and advice. Third, the four villas in traditional Sumba style are not only very beautiful, but also furbished and decorated with style and every detail is thought through.
