This little home is a gem. For this night on our trip we were trying to decide between this home which had a bit more privacy, and a guesthouse that had breakfast provided. We opted for this place and it is excellent. The home is very well kept and was better than expected. It is right outside of town and very private. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing scenery, cozy stay, clear instructions and the host was amazing! we loved how open Donald was and allowed us to roam the property! Donald also thought ahead and saw that we were Australian and figured we would not be faring too well in the cold so set up the heating ahead of time to make sure the house was warm before we arrived! We had a lovely weekend at druid cottage, excellent value for money with a tasty breakfast, the room was perfect very clean and comfortable and the location was ideal only a 5 minute walk from Kenmare centre. Our host was extremely attentive and very welcoming Would highly recommend

Boasting garden views, Nettles & Petals features accommodation with a private beach area and a patio, around 33 km from Muckross Abbey. Modern and well constructed property 4km from Kenmare, remote but still close to amenities. Lovely wildflower gardens in a tranquil setting.
