I very much enjoyed the peace and silence of this magical place, surrounded by the jungle and with the sounds of different types of animals. Nanda (who is the manager) was very hospitable and charming to me. Having conversations with him I learned many things from this wonderful country. I got sunburned one day and they gave me aloe vera from their garden and also for a blister on my foot. I was quickly recovered from both things. Thank you Nanda and the other staff for your kindness and generosity. I truly recommend this lovely place.

Our reservation was for 3 days, but we extended it one more day. It was low season so the Villa was empty and we love it. Pool was great. You can encounter monkeys at any time this Villa:) Mr Madura guided us and took care of everything. We thank him very much

The villa is stunning, located in the middle of the forest, it was one of the best experiences we had. A must visit if you are in Sri Lanka and want to escape the city. A special shout to Hishan! He was extremely responsive and always available with a smile. Hands down one of our best stays in Sri Lanka!

Featuring free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Villa 46 offers accommodation in Hikkaduwa.. The hotel has a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. We booked a room in this villa to finish of our Sri Lanka trip and we were rewarded an amazing stay here 😊 The staff is very kind and helpful. We loved having chats with Thilina and he took great care of us. The rooms were very clean and spacious including hairdryer, minibar, safe etc. Being first row at the beach, you can enjoy a swim in the sea and listen to the ocean sounds while relaxing at the pool. You can opt for either English or Sri Lankan breakfast. We choose the latter and loved it (especially the coconut rotties). In the evening, you can enjoy dinner at the villa prepared by the villa chef or take a tuktuk for about 400 LKR to Hikkaduwa beach where you’ll find plenty restaurants at the beach as well. We can definitely recommend both.

Situated in Hikkaduwa, Villa Saffron Hikkaduwa offers seafront accommodation 2.2 km from Hikkaduwa Coral Reef and provides facilities like an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. A memorable experience. Very friendly hotel, we felt at home since the beginning. Food was delicious and healthy with the flavors of the country. Su Ike and his team did their best to make the stay pleasant and unforgettable. The room is very clean, comfortable and large. With a very relaxing garden and pool. See you again!

Featuring air conditioning, Sri Villas, a beach front property is located in Induruwa, 29 km from Hikkaduwa. Bentota is 4.2 km away. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms and the bathrooms are roomy and well kept. They are tastefully designed while allowing a lot of light. High ceiling in the bedroom (upstairs) creates a light, spacious feel. Bathroom was cleverly planned and kept clean. Access to a private beach allows a very peaceful stay. You can watch the ocean while dipping in the pool.

Adjacent to Unawatuna Beach, Sergent House is set in a boutique villa showcasing colonial architecture and originating in the 1800's. Absolutely beautiful Hotel. I would like this to be my home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in this area.

HARD TO FIND - PLEASE CHECK TIPS BELOW!! Wow, what a new, modern, beautifully styled room. Nice quiet spot off the busy road, friendly hosting family, comfy bed and sheets, plenty of space to put bags and belongings, fresh open air bathroom with large plants, a bath and shower gel/shampoo. The problem was, we have iPhones and used Apple Maps to get to the place, and we never got there! The location on Apple Maps and the address on Booking.com is wrong!! We spent hours driving around with no wifi, asking locals where it was and no one knew. And no one was answering the number provided by Booking.com. So tips, use google maps to locate the place! There isn’t any business signs, it’s a large brick/block fence with a black gate on the corner (vacant block to door). I have added photos from the street. And lastly, it is well worth finding! They are also building a couple more rooms for the future.
