The owner, Milo, is not only gracious and welcoming, but also clearly invested in the guest experience. He kindly upgraded my room, which featured a large and supremely comfortable bed, immaculate finishes, and a sense of quiet elegance. The space itself was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, allowing me to truly relax after long days of travel. As someone who works in high-end aviation and manages people and environments where excellence is non-negotiable, I have to say: Milo’s approach mirrors that same standard. He brings a sense of pride, craftsmanship, and care that goes beyond hospitality—it’s a form of artistry. A particular highlight was the sunset boat ride he recommended. It was serene, cinematic, and completely transformative. Sitting on that boat as the sky turned gold and the reeds swayed around us felt like stepping into a still-life painting.

Järvevaatega Vržina Farm House Skadar Lake pakub terrassiga majutust umbes 3,2 km kaugusel Skadari järvest. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on terrass, tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. We toured by bus then train from Poderica to Skadar. The train is primitive. We were dropped off far outside the unannounced station at night. we jumped down from the open door onto the tracks more than a meter below with our luggage in a dark forest about 500 m. from some lights in the distance and Nancy has mobility issues. The hotel family picked us up an hour later..the station was closed. The family was gracious.

We loved the house and the beautiful view from the balcony, the peaceful surroundings, the comfortable rooms that . . included everything we needed. But above all we enjoyed meeting Marco, our host, who made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed (including free bikes) and gave us great tips on things to do and see in the area. His family has lived in the area for hundreds of years and touring the house, grounds and wine cellar with him gave us a fascinating insight into the history and culture of the area, and Montengro in general. The early morning birdwatching boat trip with Marco on Lake Skadar was one of the highlights of our trip.Warmly recommended!

Offering a garden and garden view, Valley Nest is situated in Virpazar, 31 km from Clock Tower in Podgorica and 32 km from Parliament of Montenegro. Beautiful log cabin, I enjoyed my stay here, everything is new and everything is clean, the host was very hospitable, you also have a free parking space next to the facility. I definitely recommend this facility

Awesome private garden with olive trees, hammock, balcony. Great mountain views, local paths to mountain river nearby (it was dry when we came in Aug, but it was still great to walk there). Host left us with a welcome bottle of wine and a huge watermelon in the fridge. In general, this place can be good choice if you want just to chill in the mountains, alone with the nature, far away from the touristic hell on the sea shore/Bar city.

So private and incredible views. It was also very well kept and tidy. There were plenty of sun loungers and a great BBQ set up with outdoor tables and chairs. The pool was perfect. Clean and refreshing.
