The view and location is phenomenal. The road to get there is a bit tricky but doable in a small rental car like ours. Where to begin: - house is super nice and clean and cosy - everything you need is in the house: kitchen utensils, toiletries, candles, ... - we got a tasty rum as a welcome present! - the location is spectacular - we did have noise from the building next door but that is not something the owner can control .. - we saw many birds: the bulbuls, phaetons, lots of bats in the distance, excellent! - we had a lot of rain one night and day when we were there but we could still open the terrace doors and it's so cosy it really didn't bother us - and when the sun came out it was just spectacular If you need to relax this is the place. Don't hesitate. The surrounding nature & wildlife is so beautiful. It is worth the price.

The room was perfect and cozy, the garden is beautifully laid out with the pool as highlight. For an aparatment the services are amazing as the room was cleaned daily, the stuff is more then friendly. In the morning we could already enjoy the view of the ocean. It was the perfect stay in paradise, we will come again!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Sands Beach LUX Villa Flic en Flac is set in Flic-en-Flac. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free... I recently stayed at this stunning villa, and I can't recommend it enough! This place is super nice, so peaceful and cozy, making it the perfect beach getaway. The interior is top-notch, featuring beautiful furniture and lovely wooden accents that add a warm touch. All the three bedrooms are all so nice and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a very useful water filter. One of my favorite features was the bar inside the villa—it’s such a cool addition! Plus, having direct access to the beach is a huge advantage and the nearby forest offers excellent hikes to Tamarin. Michael, our host, was a pleasure to deal with and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I’d rate this villa a perfect 10/10! The only tip I’d suggest is to hire a car during your stay, as it’s about a 4-minute drive from the city center of Flic en Flac.

Just 7 minutes from the shopping mall and 7 minutes from the beach. Highly recommended. Very spacious, comfortable, and ideal for families, couples, or friends. Better than a hotel. A beautiful villa.

The host is very welcoming and gave us clear instructions for everything, the Garden is super super nice and well looked after, in addition you get a nice view from the garden. The accommodation looks very new and well equipped. You get an extra large bed, very comfortable. If you want to get away a bit from the crowd I would say it’s a hidden gem. I think Corrine and Joel it’s lovely people, helpful and very friendly. They are very respectful. I would definitely book again if I would be in the area. Restaurants and shops about 10 min walk, so not far. Easy to park on the street, the location is very quiet. 10 out of 10 for us :) We felt very welcome! Merci beaucoup ❤️

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. It was much more spacious than it appeared in the photos, which was a lovely surprise. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful stay.
