Rita and Brankihno (manager of the place in Principe) really did all to make us feel greatly hosted. We had some trip with Brankihno and his wife even cooked a dinner for us (local dish from octopus) which was very touchy. We saw monkeys on pur terrace in the morning (be ready to be waken up by chickens, ducks and dogs) but monkeys were really cute;))

Beautiful. Perfect location just outside of the city, surrounded by lush jungle and a glorious view overlooking the water. A refreshing alternative to the over priced “Luxury” hotels on the island. The cottage was lovely, cozy and clean. Everything we needed to prepare meals and relax in comfort. Rita was always available by WhatsApp to address any concerns. Highly recommend.

Roça Sundy - Principe Collection se nachází v destinaci Santo António a má restauraci, dopravu zdarma, bar, zahradu, terasu a výhled do zahrady. Na místě je dostupné Wi-Fi zdarma. I am rating Sundy Praia and not Roça Sundy as we were offered an upgrade and stayed in the villas instead, which was a nice surprise. All was beyond perfect, the villas in the jungle and their private beach were absolutely stunning! Food was good too, place is calm and clean, and the staff, in particular the young men at the front desk will go the extra mile to make you feel home!

Amazing location! The view is the highlight. Principe Island is special and Atalaia helped us experience it in a unique way without the sterile resorts. The hosts are very responsive and will help with any arrangements and questions. You need to be independent, self sufficient and understand that this is an off-the-grid establishment with comfort limitations. Rain-water supply, solar power and difficult 4wd roads are part of the adventure. It has a fridge for cold beer though! I personally think you have to have your own 4wd car and have the skill to drive around the island. Arranging multiple trips to and from Atalaia would be impractical.

Casa Mãe is a well-renovated house with two rooms, one living room, one bathroom, and two balconies with amazing views. From the front balcony every morning we could see thousands of beautiful butterflies and colorful birds and from the back balcony, the view is unique to the garden, fruit trees, and plants like vanilla or black pepper. We also can see the sea and the national park. The staff is very kind and the property is always very clean. Near is the Pousadinha Mar Ave Ilha which belongs to the same owner where we can spend time reading or watching more than 100 TV channels from all over the world. The local meals were also fantastic, especially the fresh fish and the octopus. I truly recommend Casa Mãe to other guests who want to have a peaceful time. Grade 10.

Casa de Andréa se může pochlubit výhledem na hory a nabízí ubytování s zahradou a balkonem. Obo National Park se nachází přibližně 8,7 km odtud. We found this amazing place on Booking and hesitated at first to book due to the location and incorrect old reviews - yes, it's a little further than most properties: but that just makes it better. I'm so incredible glad we stayed here. The location is beyond anything you can imagine, right on the edge of the national park but you feel in the middle of the forest. We made tapes of the sound because no one would otherwise believe you can hear so much animals! The massive tree in front has something of 'mother tree' in avatar and we spend hours just looking at in and all the live in and around it - its a world on itself - or on the bench in the front garden with a nice view on the ocean. The house looks brand new, is situated on a slope in a plantation garden (cacao, piment, vanilla and banana, fruits) and is recently totally renovated: perfect bed and mattress, rain shower, spotless and hyper clean well furnished rooms, a library, satellite tv (we had the view in front so did never use it), and all very warmly and beautiful decorated: you feel at home the moment you enter the door. It was also nice to have mosquito nets and protection everywhere - although we never saw much insects. It's crazy equipped, even a good working washing machine, charged flashlights, fans, a hammock with incredible view, cooler, all imaginable kitchen things, iron stuff... really all was available. The view on the forest from the big balcony is incredible, we did see all the typical and endemic birds, often the monkeys, flying bats eating the fruit from the mango and bread tree in front, parrots,... unbelievable to have this paradise in front. The beach is as beautiful as banana beach, but totally private and remote and just 10 minutes further on the road, snorkel there, the reef in front and around the rocky corner is crazy, sharks, turtle, manta (coral bleaching like all over but plenty of fish), you can also take a wooden cano and explore...
