This was a beautiful oasis for our family. After 33 hours traveling to get to Zanzibar we use our time there to get climatized before doing a safari in Tanzania. The staff were super friendly. Food and drinks were great. Loved it!

Jambiani Villas offers a peaceful beachfront retreat with three properties located 350 meters apart in Jambiani. Each property features outdoor pools, free WiFi, and lush tropical gardens. I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

This villa exceeded all our expectations! The spacious layout provided ample room for everyone in our group to relax and unwind. The modern design was not only stylish but also incredibly functional, making our stay comfortable and convenient. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness – the villa was absolutely spotless, which made us feel right at home. And the pool! Wow! It was the perfect place to cool off and enjoy the breathtaking views. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and admiring the stunning scenery. This villa truly offers a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

KKJ House situa-se em Zanzibar City, a 12 minutos a pé de Museu Memorial da Paz, 1,8 km de Casa das Maravilhas e 17 minutos a pé de Hamamni Persian Baths. The house is located about 15-20 mins walk from the center of the city and the nearby beach is just 5 mins walk. The neighborhood was really friendly, starting from kids who warmly welcomed us and showed us the way to the beach, and ending with very kind owners of the small shops in the street where you can buy all necessary essential things. The house itself was much better then we expected. Spotlessly clean with three big double bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and dayroom. There is a washing machine and iron, which was very helpful! Each room is with a/c and a fan. Good wifi and hot water. And all the house is protected with mosquito nets. The owner of the house was responsive and efficient, and fulfilled all our requests.

The villa is beautiful and secluded but only a 5 minute or so walk from Paje beach and a supermarket! The host Nina is also wonderful - nothing is too much for her! She provided great recommendations and a driver.

I had such a fantastic experience staying at Paje Emerald Escapes! The villas are absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-designed, and a true slice of paradise. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Leslie, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From arranging airport transfers to organizing tuk-tuk shuttles, she was constantly helpful, professional, and incredibly sweet. Her kindness really made me feel at home. I’d also love to give a special shoutout to Salim for helping me out when a few geckos made their way into the villa. He came over right away, was extremely helpful, and so kind throughout. I would absolutely stay here again—not just for the stunning villas, but because the people here genuinely care. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paje!

The villa is located close to Blue Safari in the south, very spacious. We had hot water, the electricity was great and the cooking facilities are wonderful. The host was responsible and helped us to prepare good hikes . You get also a huge private yard, it feels like your own nature reserve.
