Super ubytování! Krásné! Jsme moc spokojeni!Tomuto ubytování dáváme deset z deseti. Nádherný výhled na město. Výhled je fantastický, bydlíme v 57. patře a z našeho pokoje vidíme i Burj Khalifa. Apartmán včetně kuchyně prostorný, nový, nechybí nic. Velmi milý personál. Výborná snídaně i bazén krásný.

I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

It's just a short walk to the MRT, making exploring the city incredibly easy, and is connected directly to a major mall, which is so convenient for dining and shopping. Excellent Amenities: We were blown away by the hotel's facilities. The pool area is a stunning oasis, the gym is top-notch with modern equipment, and the SPA is the perfect place to relax. We truly made use of all of them! Worth Every Penny - M Club Access: I highly recommend booking a room with M Club access. The complimentary breakfast, all-day snacks, and evening appetizers and drinks were fantastic. It provided great value and a lovely, exclusive space to unwind. Standout Staff: What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional staff. They are a credit to the hotel: · Jennicka at the reception was warm, efficient, and provided a seamless check-in. · Joachim and Animesh at the pool were incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. · Marcus at the gym was very professional and offered helpful advice. Everything was exceptional - especially the people who work there. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. The staff extremely helpful, kind and interested in ensuring the stay was enjoyable. I wish I remembered / knew everyone's names but Charles - pool security, William - in the lobby/reception and Swarna concierge really helped make our trip memorable and comfortable! The pools are great, food good, Paradiso fun, beds very comfortable, the rooms immaculate, the entertainment great. I am not someone who likes to repeat visiting a place but we are already talking about coming back next year.

"My stay at The Lana Hotel in Dubai was amazing in every way! Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"
