One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service is impeccable, everyone is so polite and dedicated to make you feel good. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are of very high quality. The bathroom&shower area, rooftop bar are all a dream. Beautiful fresh flowers in the lobby. They even sent a bouquet to my room when I mentioned how beautiful they are. The location is convenient to reach everywhere. They provided early check in around 7:30 am and late check out at 6 pm. Special thanks to Sayyed in the reception who ensured my holiday was at its best!

We had a great time. Rooms were huge, brand new, view was outstanding. We also had access to the M lounge which provided us with breakfast, snacks, soft drinks and deserts throughout the day. Staff was extraordinary, a good 10/10. Next time we will be in Dunai we will surely stay here again. Thank you all for an excellent stay
