The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were happy to stay in a family managed property. The hotel looks impeccable, very clean, and we could not have hoped for a better stay. Our favorite hotel during our trip in Albania.

The room deco was very elegant and stylish. It was sparkling clean and in a central location. The host was very helpful and had great recommendations for dinner. It was exceptional!

Our stay in Korçë was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to this hotel. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and accommodating service, particularly the front desk team, who were always ready to assist. Our room was not only spacious and clean but it also offered a great atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were delightful, offering a nice start to each morning. The hotel’s location was ideal for discovering all that the city has to offer. I will definitely be back.

If I could give them 100 I would. The host Zimara is a wonderful woman, so full of life and energy and so helpful!!!! We never were lacking in anything. She treated us like family. It was the best getaway from the smoky city to enjoy her lush green property. Her cooking is top notch. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a meal as much as I did her dinner! You leave feeling recharged and breathing better!

The Apartment was great, comunication with owner was very good, he was very helpful. We arrived at night and they waited for us to chcek in. Location was great, clone to the beach.

Opened in 2024, this is a beautiful property with best quality materials throughout. Located right on the waterfront, at offers a very good breakfast buffet, including traditional Albanian dishes, as well as high-quality ice cream, often served free to guests.

I would rate this hotel as 5 stars. The room was amazing, exceptionally decorated. The wallpaper was amazing and I could see that it wasn’t printed but stitches woven into it so maybe it’s material! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Also very clean with everything that you would need. A large TV, Toiletries, kettle, water in the mini bar. I'm a single female solo traveller and I found that the hotel was very well located. The old town is only a ten minute walk from the hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable walking around exploring. The owner went above and beyond. He was very helpful with booking a day trip to the lake, which is a must if you visit Shkoder, the views are out of this world. He also assist in transport when I was stranded in a restaurant as the streets flooded with rain. I would 100% recommend this hotel. If I return to Shkoder I will come back to Ervini

From the delicious breakfasts every morning to the view from our room—so beautiful that we stayed in most evenings just to watch the sunset—it’s hard to pinpoint what we loved most about our stay at Helen’s Seaside Resort. Above all, it might be Helen’s hospitality that truly stood out. She made sure our stay was nothing but relaxing and enjoyable—always keeping the room spotless, checking in to see if we needed anything, and happily answering all our questions about Sarandë and getting around. Although Helen suggested renting a car—since it’s usually cheaper per day than relying on taxis—we found that walking wasn’t bad at all. It was about a 15-minute walk downhill to the nearest area with restaurants and groceries, 25 minutes to Mango Beach (our favorite private beach), and about 30 minutes to the center of Sarandë. The walk back uphill was a bit more challenging in the heat, but a taxi ride back was around 12 euros if needed. All in all, our only regret is not staying 1–2 days longer!

The host was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended us many places to visit in Tirana and left us to stay longer in the apartment because there were no guest coming the next day. The parking was next to the apartment and the car was safe.
