The breakfast was delicious, and the food at the restaurant overall was really tasty – total flavor win! All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout goes to Eljora – she went above and beyond for us! Since we didn’t have a local SIM card to call a taxi to the city center, she arranged one for us and kept in touch with both us and the driver until it arrived. The staff of this great hotel was just outstanding, we shared a good laugh, they took great care of us more than you’d ever imagine and we were very sad to leave. Kevin was the best thing that ever happened in my life. Arber was just so funny and amazing! Rooms were big enough, you don’t hear noises from outside. The 5th floor for the breakfast is also very nice with a chance of sitting outside on the balcony with a clean view.
