They also offered me a late checkout which was wonderful.

All was very-very good. Very clean, kind , fast and friendly staff, excellent breakfasts and laundry service, cozy and simultaneously luxurious atmosphere, very comfortable location for us - near the main sights of the City, great restaurant with contemporary Armenian and European cuisine, very comfortable bed and accessories and even the soap sets were high quality with very pleasant scent.
