Right in the center of Yerevan, many great cafes and restaurants within a walking distance. The room is comfortable, great cleaning service. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food, fresh omelettes, pancakes made for you. Local sparkling wine on weekends for breakfast. 😉 In Armenia people are very hospitable.

Exceptional breakfast but on the pricier side around 4000 AMD. I paid for the dorm room at 4200 AMD and the rooms, the ambiance, the space in general are the best value that you will get for your entire trip in Armenia. This was true for me I every time I returned to Yerevan I stayed here. The location isn't exactly city centre but this part of the appeal and it's a little quieter. If you're hoping to get into the city, the train station is very close and the airport express bus stop is nearby. Beds and pillows here are the best I've experienced in Armenia and I slept like a baby.

Located in the city centre of Yerevan, Spa Hotel Grace Forum is less than a 10-minute walk from most of the major sights and attractions, Forum features an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, and... It was an exceptional experience. everything was perfect from the beginning. the receptionist was so polite and helpful. they even sent me the direction via WhatsApp and made sure that I arrive with the most ease. it was a really clean hotel and the room was a spacious. and the breakfast was very nice so I would like to recommend it 10/10 and I will book this place for our future trips to yerevan.

It was clear the housekeeping team takes pride in maintaining a high standard, and this really enhanced the overall ambiance. But what truly set Hotel Yerevan apart was the personnel. The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve encountered. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, each person was genuinely dedicated to making me feel at home. They were always ready to assist with a smile, answer any questions, or offer local recommendations.
