Very clean, kind , fast and friendly staff, excellent breakfasts and laundry service, cozy and simultaneously luxurious atmosphere, very comfortable location for us - near the main sights of the City, great restaurant with contemporary Armenian and European cuisine, very comfortable bed and accessories and even the soap sets were high quality with very pleasant scent. I specifically booked an international chain hotel for my stay in Yerevan this time. I knew the weather will be hot and I need a good rest from the hassle of local ways of doing things. I really liked that the hotel was super quiet and the air conditioning worked perfectly without any noticeable noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
