Everything was great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I ate dinner in the restaurant, enjoyed traditional armenian food. Location is in the central square, easy to get from and to the airport with taxi. Free wi-fi, safe box in the room.

Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.

Located in the city centre of Yerevan, Spa Hotel Grace Forum is less than a 10-minute walk from most of the major sights and attractions, Forum features an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, and... We arrived at 4 am because of flight issues and were greeted by Edward who was a superstar, nothing was too much and he always wanted to help. The spa especially the hammam was great fun and something a bit different. Food and drink was good value and very nice. We had a suite which was very spacious.

This was not our first stay at this lovely hotel, and definitely won’t be our last. It’s a charming, cozy place nestled right in the heart of Yerevan—perfect for exploring the city. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, and the atmosphere feels personal and welcoming. Everything is always clean and thoughtfully arranged. But what truly sets it apart are the homemade breakfasts: delicious, heartfelt, and served with genuine care. A wonderful experience, every time.

Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Plenty of shops and restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, making everything super convenient. Although the rooms are not big, they’re incredibly well thought out. They include everything you might need - from essential amenities and bath products to those tiny, useful items you don’t usually think about but end up needing. The staff put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. We were even welcomed with some sweet treats and free bottles of water, which was such a kind gesture. But what made the stay special were the people. The staff were fantastic - always ready to help, whether it was giving directions, helping us arrange transport, or just being there whenever we needed something. Even after check-out, they let us store our luggage (and our friends' luggage too) in their luggage room since we had a very late flight. If you're visiting Yerevan, this hotel is a perfect choice. If we come back to Armenia, we won’t think twice about staying here again.

The food is amazing especially the breakfast included is superb and generously offered. The staff are all helpful and polite. The overall experience is great. I think this is the best hotel stay I've had in Yerevan.
