My stay at the Nova Hotel, which I booked through Booking.com, was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel places a premium on cleanliness and guest comfort. The cleanliness of the Nova Hotel was impeccable. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and I felt immediately at ease in a fresh and hygienic environment. It's clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness standards. What truly made my stay outstanding was the staff. They were not only kind but also highly knowledgeable. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I checked in. They were always ready to provide helpful information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions. The combination of a clean, well-maintained property and a staff that goes above and beyond to assist guests made my stay at the Nova Hotel a memorable one. I can confidently say that this hotel sets a high standard for excellence, and I look forward to returning in the future. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience I had during my stay.

Everything was great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I ate dinner in the restaurant, enjoyed traditional armenian food. Location is in the central square, easy to get from and to the airport with taxi. Free wi-fi, safe box in the room.

This time the service was unexpectedly not that good. No coffee in the room no water, the rooms phone did not work . Well for a delux room it was bad. Overall it is a good place but needs more attention. The staff at the break fast help to chear up the good vibes though. The breakfast is poor though.

Smart, contemporary hotel with free breakfast and high speed Wi-Fi, located by the park near Republic Square. Welcome to the brand new Holiday Inn Express Yerevan hotel. The breakfast was superb with all the unlimited hot and cold drinks. Restaurant staff were very attentive, courteous and great. The hotel location is perfection where is the heart of the city center as you will enjoy the enchanting city and the atmosphere is beautiful.

Located in the city centre of Yerevan, Spa Hotel Grace Forum is less than a 10-minute walk from most of the major sights and attractions, Forum features an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, and... The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us with every request. Great to have the sauna and the hammam on site.
