I gave this hotel a straight 10 because everything was perfect but the weather, but they're not to blame for that. From cleaning Staff (always smiling) to the waitress in the Cafe, including the Chef, to the reception, all over very helpful and friendly staff. Simple but great breakfast with Fruits / Vegetables (different every day). Some Shops / take aways 30 seconds walk away from the hotel as well if you need anything. Very clean, great bed

Location is perfect and any part of the Ciry Center is within walking distance. The foyer is quite grand with a lively bar and live music in the evening, piano and violin and during the day a nice place to just relax or do some work, the hotel restaurant has a good menu and the food standards are very good. The breakfast has something for everyone and they have a very good a la carte breakfast menu if you wanted something a little more special. The gym is not massive but adequate for purpose, and the Spa is also equipped with a big enough steam room and sauna for a few people with a small jacuzzi and a few beds to relax.
