But the best of the Best was the reception staff. They were simply the best ever. Osvaldo, Florencia, Valentina, Carolina, always went out of their way to help and to make your stay even better, and always with a smile. I have never met such friendly, competent, professional and helpful front office staff breakfast was excellent and also healthy options were available big and super clean rooms.

The breakfast, attentiveness of the staff at the reception, the cleanliness of the room. I have to specially point out that the staff at the reception is very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. I asked the reception the night before to book us a taxi at 3:45 am the next day going to the airport. On our way out, the reception staff handed us a big bag of breakfast, which I have never thought of ordering. This was a total surprise to us, but it was such a nice gesture. Thanks the reception staff for being so attentive to our situation.

The beds are huge and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and very well equipped. Well located, the stuff is very nice and welcoming.

Where do I start? The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Checking in we were given a tourist map and they went through and circled things to do around the city. Any request was met and they always greeted us as we came/went. The restaurant staff were just as nice, and the food was absolutely amazing - a hidden gem! The breakfast buffet was adequate for a hotel breakfast. The rooms were really nice, a good size and had everything you could need. Housekeeping was completed daily. Laundry service is available and had a quick turnaround, although it was reasonably expensive. Really enjoyed our stay and loved the staff here. We would definitely stay here again.
